Kresimiria Ari Stov

Ari Stov

Ari Stov (born 1973) is a Kresimirian politician and the current leader of the Blue Dawn party. He has served as a Senator for District IX (Decelska) since 2002.

Political Career

Stov was first elected to the Assembly in the 2002 election, winning a seat in District IX. In the same year, he was chosen to succeed the retiring Ljubo Sanjakorin as the leader of Blue Dawn, the largest party in the Assembly.

Under his leadership, Blue Dawn has maintained its position as a dominant force in Kresimirian politics, though it has faced a growing challenge from the revitalised Civic Renewal Front and the expanding Northern Power. Stov was comfortably re-elected in both the 2012 and 2022 elections, topping the poll in his district in 2012 by capitalizing on the CRF’s national decline at the time.
