Kresimiria Divinism

Divinism

Divinism is the hardline political theology associated with Kresimir Basic and the Sons of Kresimir (SoK). It holds that the Divine Republic of Kresimiria is not merely a nation with a state church, but a literal extension of divine will — that preserving religious purity is the highest duty of government and that compromise with secular or separatist movements is theological betrayal.

Divinism shaped the SoK’s split from the Revolutionary People’s Party in 1924 and continues to inform the party’s opposition to Bosken autonomy, progressive social policy, and foreign cultural influence. Mainstream Blue Dawn governments generally prefer a pragmatic fusion of faith and state bureaucracy, while figures such as Chancellor Kresimirovic III explicitly rejected Divinism in favor of a softer “Civic Grace” reading of the Books of Kresimir.
