Elin Kvist is an Alandir opposition politician who served as the head of the Cantonal Council in Kambelquell from 2018 to 2024, under the isolationist Alpine Purist Front (APF). She is the daughter of Stefan Ahlander, leader of the council from 1997 to 2008.
Kvist contested cantonal elections against Ake Lindroth and the Pragmatist Guild, narrowly losing referenda that determined control of Kambelquell’s hydroelectric exports to National Energy in Kresimiria. The APF under Kvist represented the continuation of Alvin Ahlander’s armed-neutrality tradition after his 1977 ouster.
She lost to Ake Lindroth in 2024.
