Sovereign Workers' League (SWL)

The Sovereign Workers’ League (SWL) is a centre-left political party in the Kingdom of Kruhlstutt. It originated around 1961–1962 as an underground strike and riot organising movement among urban workers and illegal trade unions. After leading the 1964 Kruhlstutt Riots, it reconstituted itself as a formal political party and has since been one of the two dominant forces in Kruhlstutt politics alongside the Kruhlstutter Union (KU). It is currently the senior partner in the governing coalition led by Prime Minister Amalia Renn.
