Kresimiria Vicki Weisskopf

Vicki Weisskopf

Vicki Weisskopf (born 1978) is a Kruhlstutt politician, commercial ferry captain, and the current leader of the Riverine Front. Representing the working-class logistics brokers, dockworkers, and “Grey Market” smugglers operating along the eastern maritime border of Lake Vokavovic, Weisskopf has led the fiercely regionalist party since 2020.

Descending from a long line of lake navigators based in Port Voka, Weisskopf possesses a deep, visceral hatred for the wealthy, urban political elites residing in the capital of Creuzholz. In the Royal Diet, she commands a small but highly disruptive faction of 5 MPs (as of the 2024 General Election). Weisskopf is currently engaged in a highly dangerous, physical standoff with Prime Minister Amalia Renn’s progressive government. As Renn aggressively deploys the Kruhlstutt “brown-water” navy to harass Kresimirian shipping lanes, Weisskopf routinely organizes civilian blockades, utilizing her fleet of commercial ferries to physically obstruct federal gunboats and protect the untaxed smuggling routes that form the economic lifeblood of the eastern border.

Early Life and the Maritime Economy

Weisskopf was born in the bustling, gritty eastern naval hub of Port Voka. Her family has operated commercial and passenger ferries across Lake Vokavovic for over four generations, surviving the catastrophic 1964 Riots and the subsequent economic deregulations.

Unlike the aristocratic naval officers of the Admiration List, Weisskopf’s connection to the lake is purely blue-collar and transactional. She spent her twenties and thirties navigating the heavily trafficked, often treacherous waters between Kruhlstutt and the massive Kresimirian steel port of Cetingrad (District VIII). She became intimately familiar with the “Grey Market” economy—the highly lucrative, technically illegal smuggling of untaxed Kruhlstutt technology, luxury goods, and fleeing Kresimirian dissidents. She viewed this untaxed trade not as a crime, but as a vital economic necessity for the neglected eastern border towns, entirely separate from the moralistic posturing of the capital.

Political Ascent and the Riverine Front

Weisskopf entered local politics through the dockworkers’ guilds, eventually joining the Riverine Front. The party’s platform was straightforward: absolute porousness of the eastern border, total defunding of the federal border guard, and zero interference from Creuzholz.

She was elected to the Royal Diet in the 2019 General Election under the leadership of Kaelen Voka. However, the subsequent “Grand Coalition” between the Kruhlstutter Union (KU) and the SWL was a disaster for the border. Desperate to appear tough on immigration following the surge of the far-right CNP, the government cracked down heavily on Lake Vokavovic traffic.

Furious at Kaelen Voka’s inability to protect the smuggling routes, Weisskopf orchestrated a localized leadership challenge. Emphasizing her authentic working-class credentials and promising militant resistance against federal overreach, she successfully ousted him, taking control of the Riverine Front in early 2020.

The War Against Amalia Renn (2024–Present)

Weisskopf’s leadership faced its ultimate test following the 2024 snap elections. The new Prime Minister, Amalia Renn (SWL), formed a progressive coalition with the explicit mandate to enact a massive “Tech Embargo” against the Divine Republic of Kresimiria.

To enforce this embargo, Renn aggressively remilitarized the Kruhlstutt “brown-water” navy, deploying heavily armed patrol boats to intercept untaxed Kresimirian steel and completely sever the Grey Market supply lines.

Civilian Blockades and “The Ferry Armada”

Weisskopf views Renn’s policies as an unprovoked economic assault on her constituents. Operating from her power base in Port Voka, Weisskopf frequently abandons her seat in the Royal Diet to personally command resistance on the water.

When Renn’s federal gunboats attempt to intercept Kresimirian or Kaskivian cargo barges, Weisskopf utilizes a sophisticated, encrypted radio network to mobilize dozens of commercial passenger ferries and fishing trawlers. Acting as a literal “Ferry Armada,” Weisskopf’s civilian fleet deliberately swarms the naval patrol boats, utilizing their massive, armored hulls to physically block the military vessels and allow the smugglers to escape back into the fog of the lake.

While Prime Minister Renn has threatened to have Weisskopf arrested for treason and maritime sabotage, she hesitates to order the navy to open fire on unarmed, flag-waving Kruhlstutt civilians. Consequently, Weisskopf continues to operate with terrifying impunity, cementing her 5-seat faction as the most disruptive, chaotic element within the Kingdom.
