Viktor Zovko is a Kresimirian politician who served as Mayor of Lipovljana from 2000-20008 under Blue Dawn before the 2007 Visa Reform Act.
Zovko was heavily criticized for ignoring poverty in Lipovljana’s Lower Valley after the Visa Reform Act flooded the city with wealthy Alandir tourists, triggering hyper-inflation that priced locals out of the Upper Slopes. Elira Chapstem of the CRF successfully channeled this anger to defeat Zovko, campaigning on affordable housing for native residents.
