Iva Kolar is a Kresimirian civil administrator who serves as Director of the National Grain Trust (NGT), the state-owned enterprise responsible for grain reserves and arable-land management headquartered in Ravna Skrad.
Little biographical detail has entered the public record; she is identified in NGT filings and Council for Growth and Agriculture registers as the sitting director overseeing the Trust’s Strategic Food Reserve, the subsidised “State Loaf” (Drzavni Kruh) supply chain, and its procurement relationship with NaroMart. Her tenure post-dates the 2005 “Rotting Silos” scandal and coincides with continued rivalry between the NGT and Maj Holdings’ agricultural subsidiaries.
