Kromline Systems is a Kresimirian fibre-optics and sensor-network contractor headquartered in Kromine. Founded in 2011 during the early Ari Stov chairmanship, it installs the physical plant that carries KresiX traffic and feeds telemetry into the Guardian Daemon stack — a Stov-era peer to software monopoly YakaSys and semiconductor ally DecelChip, rather than a subsidiary of western industrial capital.
History
Kromline began as a spin-out from Decelska municipal telecoms engineers who had lost the 2009 “Project Shield” OS competition to the Council for Development’s internal team. When Stov redirected digital sovereignty work to private contractors after 2013, Kromline won the first multi-district fibre trunk tender connecting Kromine, Sinj, and the CIA data vaults under GradnjaMC-built bunkers.
CEO Tanja Vukovic, appointed in 2019, is a former YakaSys network architect. Under her tenure the firm expanded into border sensor grids for Districts VIII and X and into “hardened campus” wiring for federal universities subject to the Digital Vigilance Act.
Role in the contractor ecosystem
Kromline does not compete with Maj Holdings for steel or lake freight. Its political fights are with CRF privacy reformers and with Northern Power mayors who resist camera-dense fibre nodes in alpine towns. Financing typically clears through STP Credit rather than Prosperity Trust Bank, aligning the firm with the Czyhlarz–Stov financial wing of Blue Dawn.
Critics in the Civic Renewal Front call Kromline “the wires of the panopticon.” The company describes itself as a utility contractor executing Assembly mandates.
