Moraviski independence is the political objective of separating the Bosken-majority district of Moraviskameja (commonly District X) from the Divine Republic of Kresimiria. Supporters view the region as an occupied territory illegitimately annexed during the Unification War (1918–1921); Kresimirian law treats the district as integral sovereign territory.
History
BRC-21, founded by Lev Ruka in 1921, adopted Moraviski independence as its primary objective alongside unification with Boskenmark. For four decades the group waged guerrilla warfare until the **1961 Treaty of Brod Moravice, when BRC-21 disarmed and rebranded as the legal Bosken Liberation Front (BLF).
Hardliners rejecting the treaty formed AFIM, which continues low-level insurgency. Boskenmark officially regards the treaty as a temporary ceasefire and maintains constitutional claims to District X — a position exploited by President Nielz Metzger and later Viktor Luxenberg.
The 1993 Moraviski Crisis — the removal of BLF Senator Kristrad Bronstein under the Public Office Eligibility Act — remains the clearest post-Treaty demonstration that Bosken Assembly representation could still be dismantled by security statute without formally repudiating 1961.
The list of Kresimirian parties categorises Moraviski independence alongside regionalist Moraviski platforms — distinct from mainstream Blue Dawn integrationism but increasingly represented through the BLF’s parliamentary wing rather than armed struggle alone.
