Isabel Teichmüller is a Kruhlstutt aristocrat and politician, and the granddaughter of Lord Admiral Otto Teichmüller, founder of the neo-monarchist Admiration List (AL). She sat for Lake Vokavovic East from the 1984 election (while her grandfather still led the party) until 1999.
Following Otto’s retirement after the 1984 campaign and his death in 1986, Isabel inherited leadership of the Admiration List. She led the party in the 1989 and 1994 elections, but lacked his military prestige. The party slowly bled seats throughout the 1990s.
In 1999, Isabel formally dissolved the Admiration List and began reorganizing its reactionary elements into the National Front. However, after the death of the provisional first leader, Johan Hacke, the new party pulled out of the 1999 General Election to regroup. This marked the first Kruhlstutt election contested without the Admiration List on the ballot.
