Jozef Pralin was a Kruhlstutt customs-house organiser and politician who led the Riverine Front into the 1994 General Election. He represented Cetingrad Border West from 1994 until 1999.
Leadership
Pralin took the leadership from Mine Sculic ahead of 1994, consolidating RF seats in Vokavovic cantons where freight, ferry licensing, and grey-market steel from Cetingrad mattered more than Creuzholz finance. He campaigned on open lake commerce with strict limits on Kresimirian military patrols — a platform that kept the RF viable as kingmaker between SWL and KU blocs.
After the 1994 contest, with Sandro Kepler defending a fragile KU–Liberal coalition and Phillipp Lexis surging on the left, Pralin stepped aside from the party leadership, handing organisational control to Stefan Lorc. He remained in the Diet until 1999.
