KakeTech Solutions is a Kresimirian logistics consultancy founded by Vesna Horvatin in the 1990s during the economic liberalisation that followed the Sanjakorin infrastructure boom. The firm helps private shippers navigate the bureaucratic maze of Republic Rail tariffs, rolling-stock licensing, and inter-district customs — a niche that made Horvatin wealthy before she entered Assembly politics under the Civic Renewal Front.
Operations
KakeTech began in Zavnoherec, District II’s easternmost major town near the Kaskiv border — ideally placed for cross-border freight advisory work. Expansion to Novi Otonik in 2002 signalled ambitions beyond border towns into the industrial heartland of Kakerovecska.
Horvatin subsequently launched Zavnoherec Imports, a supply-chain company that competed indirectly with Maj Logistics. Critics in Blue Dawn accused KakeTech of teaching clients how to bypass state rail monopolies; CRF supporters framed it as proof that private operators could survive Bran Maj’s conglomerate pressure.
Legacy
KakeTech remains Horvatin’s credential as a “business-first” opposition leader. The brand is less visible since her 2014 Senate election and 2021 CRF leadership, but district logistics firms still cite KakeTech alumni on Republic Rail contract bids.
