Kler Blnic was a Kresimirian politician who served as Senator for District III (Pologradska) from 1952 to 1962, representing the religious nationalist Sons of Kresimir (SoK).
Blnic was elected in the 1952 Assembly Election, capturing Pologradska for the SoK during the late Iron Era. He voted on the 1959 Civil Order Reform Act and participated in the ratification of the Treaty of Brod Moravice (1961), one of the most consequential votes in Assembly history.
Blnic did not seek re-election in the 1962 election, as the post-treaty political realignment reshaped party alignments across the Republic.
