Luka Mornar was a Kruhlstutt politician and trade unionist who founded and led the Riverine Front from the 1964 General Election until 1989. He represented Voka East throughout that period.
Mornar built the party as the voice of lake-adjacent cantons bordering the Divine Republic of Kresimiria, campaigning on cross-border commerce, smuggling routes, and freight transit through Lake Vokavovic. He led the Front through the 1969, 1974, 1979, and 1984 contests — first as a junior partner to Tobias Brandt’s SWL, later extracting border concessions from Tillmann Jurgens’s KU–Admiration List coalition (1974–1984).
He retired from the leadership ahead of the 1989 election, handing the ticket to Mine Sculic, and left the Royal Diet the same year.
