Tomislav Vuk (born 1978) is a Kresimirian politician for the Civic Renewal Front, who has served as Mayor of Kutivko since 2020. A merchant-liberal, he broke Northern Power’s hold on a Severnivaraje border municipality otherwise dominated by mining patronage from Bistrica.
Mayoralty (2020–Present)
Vuk campaigned on customs simplification and municipal Wi-Fi for the market quarter, drawing support from cold-storage exporters and Kaskiv-facing traders who resent SeverMin yard preferences in the district capital. Northern Power remains the principal opposition. Party strategists treat Kutivko as evidence that the Horvatin-era CRF can win outside District II when the electorate is commercial rather than extractive.
