Eward Matek (born c. 1890 in Kakerovec) was one of the Divine Founders of the Republic of Kresimiria. He served as a Senator for 30 years. He also founded the political party Civic Renewal Front in 1932.
He died in Kakerovec in 1965 aged 68.
